I ordered the homelink (garage door opener)mirror with compass and temperature through my Ford dealer and had them install it. It was over $400 plus install. I love it but it is an expensive item. It has 3 buttons for garage door openers.........you can program it for3 different ones.

dam now that is genius i love that idea how hard was it to install and does everything work right?

Well Derek.
You have to get the temp sensor located behind the grille of the donor car (it was a suburban, not a tahoe like I said) and run the wires from that to the inside of the car.
I forgot how I hooked up the rig but I'll post the mod if anyone's interested. I'll have to find my diagrams.
