Default Fun with line locks

I installed line locks on my car the other night. These were put on for serious drag race use but figure there's no harm in having a little fun with them.

Not sure who had more fun, me or my 14 year old neighbor who took the pic?

Nice
Thanks, can't wait to try them at the strip Saturday. That and my new Raptor shift light.

The install was fairly easy. It is the SLP kit for the 05+ mustang from Summit Racing. It comes with pre-bent lines and only 1 solenoid. I have 2 complaints about it, first, the switch they supply is pretty generic. I bought a switch with a cover to prevent accidental engagement. Also, the location of the solenoid is bad. Unless you have an offset drill, you will be struggling to get to the spot to drill holes. Other than those 2 minor issues, they installed easily. I'd say if I knew about needing an offset drill,I could have had the install done in a couple of hours.

sounds good... I'm going to do my brakes this spring... (new Stainless lines and pads) so I might as well do this at the same time.

You might as well if you're going to use them. I've heard people say you need 2 solenoids but this kit seems to work fine with 1.
