Default X pipe question

for those of you that have actually switched from the H pipe to and X pipe... how do you like it? Please tell me your exhaust setup and how you like or dislike the X pipe.

I'm looking for peoples actual experience here...

Thanks in advance.

I have the bassani X-pipe compared to the factory H,I like it. It's a little raspy in the 5000-6100 range,
but not bad. 1 to 10......8.
Note: Hi-flow cats installed

I have an X and I love it.... I had flowmasters and it sounded nice & loud. The stang is in the shop getting Bassani's now though --- I needed a change in sound ... little louder... hoping that I get no drone

I have an X pipe. I would prefer an H pipe just to get a little bit deeper tone but the performance is great. I have the Dynatech headers/cats/x combination. There aren't many complete combinations with T304 that offer an H pipe and I wanted the complete kit so it all worked well together. The arrangement is coupled with FRPP GTA exhaust and its nearly perfect for me. If it were a little deeper, it would be perfect.

Bluestar, I have JBA axlebacks and I wanted to get the x-pipes and after my friend with the same set-up threw on bassani x w/out cats, I kin of changed my mind. Real loud and raspy. Not what I was looking for. It sounds nice but a little too much for me. How will this setup sound w/ FRPP x leaving the cats on? Give me whatever info you have? Thanks in advance.
