X pipe question

x pipe = raspy
h pipe = deep

it depends on what you want. I want as deep and muscular as i can get, therefore i got the h pipe.....so what if i am not getting the 2-3 HP more i would with an x

This may be hard to answer, but how raspy do you think the X pipe would be with Cat's?

Has anyone tried the CARB Legal X-pipe from Magnaflow? I'm curious as to the sound of it...

I have the FRPP X-pipe with factory cats combined with the GTAs. The tone is great. Not raspy to me, the X-pipe just made the tone smoother and a bit louder at WOT. I just wish the GTAs were a notch louder.
