Not bad!
Although I think your hood really need a pair of racing stripes now!
Being totally non-mechanically inclined (I'm a driver not a machanic) I put the fake hood pins on mine but they blew off when I blew away a rice burner on the 405 on ramp! HA HA!

I have the Redline Hood Struts. Very easy to install. They come with easy to follow instructions. Takes about 30 minutes total.

Don, please let me know how the install goes. I'm a little concerned when it comes to drilling holes in a new car.

Couple tips:
- Use a new (or sharp) #11 bit (mine are cobalt; excellent for metal)... a dull one might want to walk on you, plus you have to push harder.
- If you have a stop collar for the drill bit, use it... if nothing else, for your peace of mind.
- I also covered the engine compartment and fender near where I was working with a layer of paper towels to catch the metal chips... no reason to scratch up the paint.
BTW, I got a new pop riveter at Sears for 10 bucks... my old one is history.

Very nice. I have everything I need to do the install but I took the time I allotted for the job today and took my daughter and wife to see the last Star Wars movie. I'll try to do the install tomorrow or Monday. Glad to read everything went well and wasn't too hard.

Steve... the struts went on pretty easy... and they work great! That nasty prop rod is nowhere to be seen now!
