the only people i let drive mine are my close friends, or my family. but other then my dad i am very skeptical of letting my brother and mother drive my car. Especially my mom because she is use to driving a jeep.

 

I let all my friends drive it.... sometimes i let them take it to the store

 

I come from a performance oriented family. I know that my dad and my brothers respect me and my car enough to drive it safely and carefully, because I know how they drive their own vehicles. My dad has no problem loaning mehis '06 F-150, andmy youngest brother has no problem loaning me his '08 tundra.My two closest friends have no problems letting me drive their souped up 350Z and '02 mustang GT, so I have no problem letting them drive mine. The key is that we RESPECT each others' property. Besides, it's good to get a second opinion after a new mod.

 

I don't think anyone should feel like a dick for telling someone they can't drive your car. Most of the time when people ask me if they can drive my GT - I tell them where the nearest Ford dealer is and say they can have a free test drive there

That said, I have let one person drive my car - and he is a very close friend of mine. He purchased a V6 Mustang, and wanted to feel the difference. I let him because 1) I trust him. 2) I was sure he could handle the car. and 3) I knew he could afford to repair it if he broke it

im going to let my little brother borrow it when he comes into town...he let me borrow his Evo 9 or whatever the f*ck it is....his car is faster than sh*t too....

 

i let mostyl eveyone who asks, as long as im with them. If i know they're a terrible drive and hit curbs on the daily, no way. I only trust 2 people to drive my car out of my sight, my best friend bryce, and my dad.

 

I only let my fiance drive it.

I trust her cause she loves the Stang and has owned 3 in the past (a 65, 94 and 97).

 

My wife sure, but anyone else can kiss my happy ***.

 

i only let close friends and family drive it,i taughta couple of my friends how to drive it so i trust them, but only one to take it when im not in it..brothers know how to drive
