A tube running from your louvers sounds horrendous for looks. Damn, I wish I, or someone else, had mentioned this to BuddyDank when he was rebuilding that car of his...[:@]I wonder if there's anyone else in the middle of a salvage project? On a new car, I'm definitely not sure I'd try it, not without some kind of sponsorship. Sounds like it would be an awesome mod, though. I guess the same could be asked about the front bumper, or fenders.

Yeah, a pic would be great for reference. Another thing, would that hurt braking performance in the rain? Just a thought, maybe wet brakes wouldn't be so hot on a daily driver, but how much wetter could they realistically get in comparison to the water getting kicked up from the road?
I give up, I can't find them anywhere. I know other people know what I am talking about, they are the ugly ones that replace the window and have a tube that goes inside the car. If anyone else knows what I am talking about, post a picture or link.
The rear brakes needadditionalforced air cooling? ...not for everyday driving they don't. For full road course racing sure, and they have it. Can't see anyone cutting up their car to put more air on the rear brakes when it's not needed.
+1
that's the reason why you can't find them. Not really needed for the rear brakes on the street or drag strip.
However, there are a few kits out there for ventilation to the front disks. Can't remember who makes them. Did one of the newer Shelbys have this?
