Looks like it would get hot sitting in the sun.
I'm a little worried about that, and the heat radiating from the exhaust. The shaft on my Hurst shifter can get very hot sometimes. Especially when stuck in traffic.

Oh it will.....I hadsatin billet ballwhen I hadmy 04 modular that had a B&M STS.....that sucker got hotter then hell in the summer time, I had to use a rag until it cooled down!!!! But, the M1 does look better IMO. Satin does look more expensive and high quality.

If you're driving correctly, and not holding the shifter, then it won't matter how hot the thing gets!

I like the satin one, especially if you have the satin dash w/ the IUP. But they look like they could be a little slippery.

After owning 2 UPR products, I'll never buy them again. They are crappy quality...

If I do end up getting one of those TWM *****, its going to be the stainless finish. Ideally, I want to match the finish of the Hurst shifter.
