you are comparing a 34k 4 door luxury sedan to a 2 door sports car that costs 25k. Btw both are base prices. The Acura costs around 10k more base price, compare it to a fully loaded AWD Lincoln MKZ and then you can make a comparison of American design vs. Japanese design.
