To all my blower owners especially k/b does your electric fan run alot even when you are driving.After my install i loaded my tune,she started right up. Half way through warming up my fan jumped on a continued to blow,kenne bell gave a 160 degree thermostat to replace factory by the way i have an 07 gt and i know the cooling system is a bit different to the 05.Anyway took her for spin she seemed smooth no warning lights,drove her home temprature gauge(factory) seemed to stay put,could still hear the fan running while driving down the highway.Is this because i purchased the non ic kit.

 

its in the tune they sent you. they probably have the fans going on at 150 degrees or 160 because your thermo is 160.

 

Yes they sent me a 160 thermo.Scared the **** out of me because it seems to run so much,also i didn't put lock tight on my bolts and i was scared to boost.

 

Just watch your engine temp. fans running is fine...boost it!

 

Think those bolts will need to be redone with lock tight.

What kind of sc do you have?Does your fan run often even while driving?
