1. 9.92% difference in spin rate means that at a given rpm of the motor you will go ~10% slower (or need 10% more rpm to go the same speed).
2.The gearing difference also means that you put 10% more torque at the ground at any given speed. Your horsepower will not be affected much, if at all (often goes down a couple at the wheels) because the rate at which the torque increases with time does not really change. In layman's terms, you will feel a MUCH harder pull when WOT, that many describe as "fake 50 horsepower" because it will improve acceleration and track times in a similar manner.
