Well.. i figured the sho that has my car (since the begining of sept) had started on her and shed be almost done. but whenI called them today to get a update they decided not to even order the parts untill they got thecheck from geico. So they said its not going to be done till... get ready for this.....
December!!!!
I flipped out on them over the phone. I couldnt help it.I know they are doing the work on my baby but I couldnt help it. Now for those of you who remember my story, its up in Canada. If they dont have it done by the end of december I'm going to have to have my aunt drive it down for me, in the snow!!! I'm stuck with no car andI have to borrow my dads beat up pick-up[:'(] I'm trying to remember the bright side, gt500 front end and trufiber hood, but still. It's been a long month w/out my baby and by the looks of it theres atleast 2 long months left.I just hope they dont cut corners sinceI flipped out on them onthe phone.

Stop by the shop with some donuts and let them know you're a good guy. Tell them you appreciate them taking good care of your baby.
A little bit of kindness will go a long way to get a good repair job.
As for them waiting for the insurance check, have they or you been given a guarantee by the ins. co. that the claim is going to be covered? You should be pissed at the insurance company not the body shop.

Damn!!!! If they "say" December, I'd be willing to bet you won't see that car till after the Holidays. I feel for you Brenden, if it was me I'd be looking at my watch every ten seconds.............
