Default Trunk release button on 05+...is there one?

Ive have searched the glove box, the arm rest iniards, and nothing! Do we have to use keyless remote to open, or do i have to use the key to open it up?

When I bought my 07 I had my sales guy looking high and low for nearly 20 mins for the trunk release before I finally told him "there isn't one....isn't Ford stupid?" *good times*

Not one on the 05s, 06s, 07s and prob. not 08s either.

You can use both or install thebutton as mentioned above. I installed the
trunk release button but opted for a different momentary push button switch.
Radio shack has a few to choose from. The one in the article was too tall
and when I closed the glovebox, it hit the button and popped the trunk. Look
forone that has a round button...it's a lower profile.
