Best gasoline for use in our Mustang's?

Best gasoline for use in our Mustang's?
I tried searching but the tool came up with no results or something 
. Anyways, I was just thinking. What kind of gasoline do you guys recommend/use in your Mustang's? I know I've been using Chevron for a while, but want to try something new, since I moved and now Shell is closer. Also another thing, is it wise to use those high octane fuels? Like Shell's 92 V-Power? Or should I just stick to 87? or 89?

I used exxon 93 for awhile but then 2 times in arow they were doing a shift change and shutoff the pumps
so now I use Chevron 93
and on a rare occasion add an oct booster that has a little nitrometh in it

the same pump also has 110 leaded and 118 I think leaded but leaded in our cars is a big no way

+1 BP is what Fordy recommends. It does not mean that it is the best.
maybe Ford gets a kickback for putting BP on their fuel caps and
in the owners manuals?
