Default Blackout Panel that covers false gas cap?
I'm looking for one with horizontal lines, no honeycomb and not smooth. I think I've seen one before.

You don't have a panel at all.
I do; just don't have an "extra panel" to cover the OE panel Actually I'm surprised no one offers a smooth panel (painted to match) to cover all. Could even be magnetic.
