Gotta love these oil threads. lol [8D]

The oil cap under the hood says 5W-20. I personally use a full synthetic. Castrol Syntec 5W-20.

5W-20, 6 quarts. Buy 1 extra to be safe. Although our Stangs come from the factory with Ford's synthetic blend, a lot of members including myself have gone to full synthetic. I prefer Amsoil which is expensive but Mobil-1 is an excellent choice (I use it in my SUV) and readily available at your local Wal-Mart. Be sure to replace the oil filter with a quality filter. The Motorcraft filter is a good choice and isalso available at Wal-Mart.

V-8 Gets 5w20

Your owners manual tells you this. Brand is personal choice I use Mobil 1 with Motorcraft Filter

All of you exceptone must have ESP because he never said what engine he has. These oil threads kill me. Read the owner's manual.
