As far as 1/4mile suspension goes I have the following,
Swaybar delete kit
bmr upr control arm
bmr lower control arms
bmr relocation brackets
M/T streets ( non radials)
spyder shaft
tokico d spec shocks and struts

Anything else I may need for traction?

 

rear sway and panhard bar and brace

 

The sway bar was the biggest improvement in my setup..

 

i agree, with the swaybar my rear doesnt swing out like it used to, it helps me hit and gas and go straight without havent to let off and get control of the car again.

Chrome molly sub frame connectors.It will stiffen the car up real good to help keep it straight! I got mine off ebay.
