Has anybody bought a hood off ebay
Im looking at this one here http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ksid=p3907.m32 but Im a little leary of spending that kinda cash thru ebay.... If you have bought a hood off ebay whats the sellers name and how was the experience

I got that same hood off ebay. Not from that seller though I got a better price than that one. Its normally a $600 hood. I havent gotten it installed yet but its a real nice hood. They come packaged pretty good, and it gets shipped freight. It took two tries because they shipped the wrong hood the first time. So now I have an extra hood. I have had good luck with getting things from ebay. The one you listed has a pretty high rating, I would say they are safe.

I found another hood for a nice thats seems to be very good, allthough the saying " to good to be true" comes to mind....what do you guys think. I asked the sellers for more pics and they told me to go to the cervini website....http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=290172318126

I just don't trust e-bay anymore. It's a shame though.
It's a killer price for that hood, I have to admit. Especially since the bone stock oneretails for $700!

That other hood you found is the same as the wrong hood I received. And that price is about right, its a cheaper hood about $400.The guy I got it from is no longer registered but he was from http://kgsengineering.com/. I paid $420 for the hood shipped. That second hood is not a bad hood, it just wasnt what i ordreded. They never asked for the first one back and I'm certainly not paying to ship it to them.
