how do i remove it?

I want to take off the overhead light above the mirror to do some mods...how do i get it off without breaking anything

It pulls straight down. It has a clip on either side. Usually, the easiest way is to pull down from the front windshield side, then work it side to side...

You can see the clips left and right in this pic.....

question mlcrycc, is there any clubs or get togethers out here for mustang owners? this is my first mustang and i would definitely like to meet and get input from other owners.

perfect info...worked like a charm...was hardwiring in the electrical connection for the radar detector now it all looks perty

Glad it worked for you. I had it down to install my Raptor.

Welcome to the forum, and to Mustangs....
Yes, there are plenty of get togethers here in So Cal. Keep an eye on this forum. Although the Saleen cruise awhile back will be hard to top, with over 160 Mustangs there, other cruises are surely coming up. I am not in any clubs, so really can't help you there. I'm sure some of the other SoCal owners will chime in.....
