Default Alignment ?

After searching and not really finding the answer I was looking for it's time to ask.
I've already had the car aligned once and I don't think it's right. I've got -1.4 degrees of camber right now and looking at the car from the front it just looks nasty. Camber bolts were not installed because the tech said that it was within specs. The only suspension mods are the eibach prokit, bmr lca's and adj. panhard bar. So what is a decent camber setting for a daily driver? and I do have the camber bolts just not installed.

I've heard that you should use 1 camber bolt for anything below 1' lowering and 2 camber bolts for anything 1.5' and lower.
