does tint affect radar detectors?
You can see where i have mine at...i am wondering if it has a affect in how good it reads incoming radar?

I dont think it affects radar but I know it affects verizon wireless signal. Its the only cell phone carrier that it affects. Everybody in my area braggs on their verizon service. It never worked for me worth a flip. I always use 5% tint on my cars. I had the front windows of my business tinted and all of a sudden everyone who has verizon lost most of their reception.
some brand tints have a metallic material in them that helps longevity of the tint. which may cause cell phone interference as he said above.
