hey guys, i have aquestion here. i know that with long tube headers u have to get a new midpipe for them. im wondering though, i just made a deal to get a pypes o/r H pipe. would an exhaust shop be able to cut the H pipe to the right length to use with the headers? or would it make me lose horrible amounts of power or horrible amounts of money lol. i bought the H because i dont have 1k to drop on exhaust right now but i might be able to save up for some lt's later on.
it can always be cut, I am just getting the ARH with their o/r h pipe also i think.....i will them have an o/r h pipe for sale to make up some of the cost!
It could be cut down and re-welded, but it probably wouldn't be much difference in price after you pay someone to do it. I would just order a new mid-pipe and sell the o/r H
