Guys I got a shipment of HID Kits which I will be selling for $100 each. They are brand new kits you just connect and plug in and you are good to go. The kit Includes 2 ballasts, 2 bulbs, all mounting brackets/hardware and harness. I got for headlights and fog lights. I Also have High/Low HID kits.

What about the relay setup to avoid that flickering on/off problem? Are they guaranteed to work on S197's?

hi/lo means you retain your high and low beams rather than just a single low beam

Simple as it sounds. Hi and Low beam kit. Some kits only have low beams.
