i can see the bashing coming!!!!
Ok so im intrested in selling my stang, many of you have seen the pics, its a 05 vert vortech all the right toys and all done perfect. only 4600 miles, never seen the rain, not 1 scratch! and heres the prob i put it on here , nobody intrested, cars,com not 1 bite, auto trader now for 2 weeks nada! would you please tell me WTF is wrong? hell i got over $42000 in it, and only asking 27,000

The mojority of people in the market for this car are either young and old motor heads who want to do their own mods, or middle aged motor-dummies who are very afraid of a modified car. I would love to buy your car from you but that just isnt in the cards at this point. I can see why you are having trouble but you do need to just be patient. There are a few souls out there that want what you have.

27000, not matter the car, is a big nut of cash. Given the crunch on available credit thanks to subprime mortgage, a potential buyer trying to get a loan for that amount is going to be troublesome to say the least.
be patient though, someone out there is going to want that car.

it took time to put it together and it will take time to get rid of it
its worth what its worth to you in your eyes
now someone elses vision could be blurred by all the mods

You have to wait for the right buyer. When we did our garage sale I had some
bigger ticket items that I wanted to get rid of. I kept wondering why no one was
buying them. I thought maybe I had the price too high. I dropped the price two times.
Still nothing. At the end of the weekend I finally "got the right buyers" .
They would have bought these things at the original price. Just had to wait.....Be patient.
