Default Hood Choices?

Ok guys.. so I got the saleen supercharger installed and am now looking for a hood.
I really like the heat extractor style hoods.. like the one on the 3D Carbon mustang..

but I also like the hood scoop style.. with functional ram air..

now the questions are..

Would a saleen supercharged mustang gain any performance with either hood?
would it be better to release some of the heat from the engine compartment
or
is it better to force more air into the airbox?

Hoods are a personal choice go with what YOU like. I happen to like the look of the Cowl Induction Hood.

1. I don't know, ask some hood supplyers on ebay.
2. I think so, itsurely cools your engine.
It will not work as my Pontiac Ram air unfortunatly because of the position of the airfilter.

The 3d carbon is not going to clear your supercharger. The Cerninis heat extractor has the same clearance as stock but looks a little different.
