Default Dirty Stang

We have some pretty harsh water restrictions going on where I live (North Carolina)due to a 6 month drought and seeing my Stang sitting there dirty is about to kill me. Last week we had just enough rain to make my car go from kinda dusty to down right nasty. I'd like to ask everyone in the Southeast to plaese do a rain dance or something so we can get the restrictions lifted and I can wash my baby once again. Its hard to take pride in something, even as nice as the Stang, when it looks like this.

When we had car wash restrictions in Fla, the car wash places stayed open, because itwas their livelihood. I can't see them closing them down, or they would go out of buisness.

What water restrictions? Why don't you just go to a car wash, they aren't restricted.....

I think I am the only person that is in extreme drought conditionsthat has plenty of water and no restrictions... haha. Thank you Tennessee River!
Not to rub it in or anything...
It would kill me too to see my baby all nasty lookin'.

I know most of us like to hand wash our cars, but in extreme conditions a carwash is better than a dirty mustang

Why don't you just buy a few cases of Perrier of Evian- isn't your baby important enough to be treated like that...?!

I'm in SC and EVERY SINGLE CAR WASH IS RUNNING ***** OUT!! What drought as far as these guys are concerned. Hope they are sending the run-off to the farmers.

A lot of modern car washes have a reuseable water system where most of the run-off water is filtered and used again. Maybe in this case these guys are allowed to run, can't see that they'd run the risk of being shut down by local authorities.
