To those that say not to sue this brain dead negligent moron with no brakes. F that. Make her pay every day of her life if you are going to have to pay with back trouble at 25. This was totally avoidable by her, and she needs to never do this S#1t agian. I read your first post man and I got so pissed, and I told my fiance, and she was pissed. This girl needs to pay for her negligence.

hmm.. weird.. she was doing 45 and you sustained those kind of injuries? were you wearing your seatbelt?last year (i was 26) I got rear-ended by a drunk girl who made no attempt to stop at all. both our vehicles totalled, I was pushed into on coming traffic, I was wearing my seatbelt, I had some back pain (mostly muscular, 1 vertabrae was slightly tweaked but physical therapy fixed it).. just curious. I know a lot of people don't wear their seatbelts and they help so much.. I walked away fine from the accident aside from the pain for a few months.. and I'm sureI would have been a mess if i didn't have the belt on...


edit: the girl that hit me was doing aprox. 50mph.. and I was at a complete stop. (I was in a '00grand am, she was in a similiar sized car, and i didn't actually hit the oncoming traffic, they swerved out of the way)

and I saw you got rear-ended soon after in another car? me too... 3 months later I got hit while I was at a red light by some high school girl not paying attention, but she did start to brake atleast so it wasn't as bad, still 3k worth of body damage on a '03 grand am.

Yep, was def wearing the Seat belt. I really have no idea why the damage happened, I was turned a bit looking at the radio while sitting in traffic, maybe being torq'ed a bit and having the hit the way i did, i jacked something up.. im not exactly sure..
