Hey guys, I have a 2007 mustang gt with 10k miles on it. It has a steeda cai and a b$m$ tune with a diablo. 2 weeks ago I advanced the spark +1 and now when I'm going 45 plus and push in the clutch it idles down to 200rpms and the stalls. When at at a stop it idles to factory spec, its only when im driving. I think it could be a plug misfiring but not sure.

Any Ideas

p.s. I tried changing the tune back and tried 87 performance 93 perfomance and the problem follows no matter what tune is installed.

 

I'd convert completely back to stock and check the plugs while you're at it.

 

well i had not done a visual inspection as this started yesterday. Cai had come undone on engine I hope this didnt screw anything up.

 

You should be fine. Make sure everything is tight.

 

+1 Your o.k. the stealership ran my stock tune on the c&l CAI/with brenspeed tune when they checked my throttle body. The worse thing that happened is the engine didn't like it said the mechanic but no damage at all.
