Can someone explaing LCA etc?
I would go with adjustable LCA's if you're planning to lower w/ springs. Or a good adjustable upper LCA from BMR or Steeda (I have Steeda's competition upper). Adjustable lowers are easier to make on-car adjustments to. Also look into an adjustable panhard bar to re-adjust your rear axle after lowering.
If lowering you will want to get your pinion angle correct. It's also better to have the adjustability later if you go to a 1-piece driveshaft or other driveline changes. You have to keep that rearend centered and pinion angle correct. All those change when you lower the car.

ya if your lowered you should look into
Adjustable-LCA (correct pinion angle)
Adjustable-Panhard (recenters rear axle)
Non-Adjustable-UCA (you don't neet the UCA to be adjustable if you have adjustable LCA)
Relocation bracket (lowering messes with the LCA angle) and this corrects that

to find the correct pinion angle and make the right adjustments do i have to take it to a shop? Like i stated, i only have the roush rear springs. thanks guys for the help
Exactly Ford_Dude. You need to think about those things prior to lowering. I made it a pay as you go project and got the adjustable lowers and relocation brackets from BMR, Steeda competition upper control arm. This allows me to adjust my pinion angle now and when I get my lowering kit (springs/shocks/struts) later I can adjust everything accordingly. Not cheap, but nothing is when you do it the right way.
some people have found their correct pinion angle and taco might have a write up on it
as to how far the pinion is off it depends on how far its lowered (if not much you might not need worry but if corrected it should help in the 60' which will help in the 1/4)

From looking at your pic, it does appear that you've gone and installed the lowered springs in the rear. If you don't have a 1-piece driveshaft you shouldn't have a problem. With the Ford 2-piece dshaft, it flexes and shouldn't be an issue. The 1-piece does not have the flex joint and then you run into problems.
Should be ok if you haven't lowered the rear more than 2'. However if you hear any strange noises from your rearend you should have it checked out.

lots of info guys, i appreciate it. this wont be something i'll be doing til spring. just wasnt sure what i should buy and if i had to take it to a shop to get the correct adjustments made.
also if you have the money (which if not disregard this)
instead of an Adjustable-Panhard get the saleen watts link (it'll center the rear better than any panhard) but it cost some $$$ 1000-1300
the watts link will keep it centered throughout full suspension travel (lowered or not)
I'm not lowered ant I wish I could afford the watts link
