Too much for vinyl stripes?

I emailed a company called California Concepts in Redwood City, CA about putting 10" vinyl rally stripes on my '07 GT/CS. They quoted me $1275 + tax. Seems like a lot to me. Maybe they mistakenly gave me a quote for painted stripes?

That seems WAY too much. BSM has those stripes for around 135 i believe? not including installation ofcourse. Seems like they thought painted.
