Has anyone delt with PMPParts.com?

I am deleting my original post.
I just got a call from Kevin, he said had some family issues and couldn't get back to me right away and didn't want to bother me at home.
He told me the part shipped yesterday by UPS and the site just hasn't been updated yet.
I had a really bad day andmade a bigger deal out of this thing then it really is.
I thank him for taking the time to get back to me and apologize to him and everyone else for stirring up the pot.
It appears they do have awesome customer service and will definitely buy from them again.
Now where did I put that crow……

Did you call more than once? I've never ordered anything through them, but normally any business will pick up their phone. That is if they are trying to sell something.

I have ordered many times.....very fast and they are 2 stand up guys. The order will stay "processing" even though it has probably shipped.....several systems are like that.

YesI called 20 days through the day and left a VM, no return call.
howarmat, that is good to know.
Maybe it will be here and i am just over reaching.
I am just sick of people lying to me to make a buck and just assume they are doing the same.
We shall see what happens.

If you never read any post I make on this site, read this one...
PMP, particular Josh and Kevin and two of the most standup guys in the mustang community. If he did not return your call, there is a reason. Those guys treat most customers like family and I have and do recommend them often. This is definitely out of character and I'm sure something is up. Give them a chance to make you happy and I'm confident they will.

I am ussally a little more patient then this but something just struck my nerve.
It is good to know they are well respected, that means he will prolly do what he can to take care of me.
