Always have your tuner email your tunes.....they have them sitting on their computer, so it would take them all of 5 minutes to do this.....that way if you ever lose your tuner or tunes, you always have them and can reload them onto the tuner in a matter of minutes.

That rocks that Brent was able to take care of you, get you your tunes. At least he made right and corrected it by sending you your tunes again. More and more, this sort of service makes me think that I'll be buying a CAI & tune from Brenspeed...

just email brent or Doug or whoever writes your tunes and they email them to you.
