Default Chin Spoiler & Lowered? Pics, issues?

I have the FRPP Springs and am looking to put one of the CDC Chin Spoilers on. A few questions:

1. Anyone have any pics of either with a dropped suspension?
2. Will the Regular and/or Agressive scrapewith the springs?
3. Any other options other than CDC with equal quality?

Thanks to all!

Hey, I have the same springs on my 06. With the classic chin spoiler as you can tell by the sig.

You will scrape if you do not be careful. I've had mine on for over a year and have not scrapped anything. I think you could scrape if you weren't lowered just becuse it makes the noise a little further out. All I can say is just watch what your doing. Go in at angles and if you see a big dip while leaving a parking lot. Try another exit. I don't like many of the other ones out there. I say go with CDC classic. JMO. But heresa front end pic.

gt500 chin spoiler stock hieght and i scape on some entrance ways probably while ill never lower permanantly. ny roads suck. ive looked at the new airride setup and that is impressive and expensive but i like being able to road trip anywhere with the stang. ive had a few lowered cars and it sucks to always worry about bottoming out.

Hey Redfireshaker and jerseyblood, your cars look sick! That hood looks great on your car jersey. Anyway, I've had the CDC on my car for about 6 months and I'm not lowered. Only once did I scrape on a stupid incline drive with planters on each side, so I had to go in straight on. If you drop the car 2 or 3 inches and go with the agressive style chin, you'll probably have problems. If you go the normal route you should be fine. Good luck!

Thanks man. The only thing I noticed is if you drive on the highway a lot for work or a trip. The chin gets the most punishment. I'm gonna have mine repainted, and then see if I can get that 3m bra over it so it doesn't happen again since it is lifetime warranty on the 3m.

Hey thurman, on a different note. You have 4.10s, what shot of nitrous are you running and are you able to get to the end of the 1/4 in 4th before having to go into OD

I have the FRPP springs and CDC Classic chin and I have scraped lightly a couple times on real steep inclines but for normal driving no problems at all. Just be carefull when you pull into parking spots.
