Default Dyno Tuning Help

Here is the goal: Get this bad boy tuned the right way for the least amount of $$$.

I ordered a JLT intake a day or two ago, and it's in route via UPS right now...
But I didn't really want to spend $350+ on a tune.
I have a shop around here that could dyno it(this is the shop: http://www.cnlperformance.com/2005GT.html), does that mean they can tune my CAI on the dyno and make my auto shift faster and chirp 2nd etc...? And how much does it cost to dyno tune?
BAMAchips is located 2 hours from me... is it better off to go there or is that going to cost me major $$$?
I'm trying to get this done the right way for the least amount of money possible.

(I got the brand new JLT for $102.50 on ebay)

Either way you're going to need a tuner (Diablosport, SCT, etc) to load the tunes they make for you onto your car...

Okay thanks.
That's what I needed to know! I didn't know if they could load tunes from the dyno or not (I know nothing about this kind of stuff)
Doug here I come!

Now spend $400 on the tuner, and another $200-300 to have it professionally dyno tuned. Worth the money.
