Default HP Performance turbo kit...

Hey guys im new to the mustang world and ive been really like'n the 05-08 mustangs. Im pretty set on getting a GT and adding some sort of forced induction to it. i came upon the HP PERFORMANCE single turbo kits.... i was wondering if any of this board have it or if any know about it. They claim stage1 is 700+ HP.... thats a great number Is there claim correct? or is that number achieved by support mods + internals or something?

Don't know of anyone running their kit. You would have to upgrade internals to get 700+ horsepower.

You'd have to upgrade internals, suspension, exhaust, super sticky tires, may have to work on part(s) of driveline, gauges, etc.

The stock motor will handle 450 rwhp fairly safely but any time you start adding FI you are taking a chance of a failure. At the 450 level you will also be ok with the trany. You will have to upgrade the fuel system but not that much. If you have a manual you will need a new clutch soon.
