It's like a clear vinyl -- I don't know what they run cause mine was custom made cause I wanted it bigger and I don't have a stock from end

No -- you'll have to wait at least 15 - 20 days

I did the whole front end -- 1/4 of the hood -- 1/4 of the fenders -- and my mirrors... then again I have custom airbrushing on mine so if I get a chip it's going to cost a pretty penny to get fix

Did you find any brand clear bra was better then a other? How far up the hood did you go?

i did just the front end and all the lights (headlights and center and lower fogs). because i have the flat black stripe and they said it would be too noticeable to do the hood. they run depending on the place and mine was for the roush front end $300-400.

No it wouldn't -- Stang Skeleton (Black w/ flat black) has the same setup (clear bra) I do and it looks fine. Guess that was your shops opinion

Mine was about $400 for the complete front end- hood, fenders, bumper, headlights, and foglights. I wish I would have had the lower rear quarter panels done to prevent the rock chips there. I would only go to a shop that uses the 3M product. Great stuff!

Yeah if you've got the $$ you should definitely get the clear bra to protect your Mustang. I had the hood, entire front fender, and around all the wheels wells done for about $500 by a professional. I've seen some bad ones though that peel, turn yellow... I would stick to having someone you know that does a good job to do it. I wouldn't attempt it yourself but that's JMO.
