Anyone use Clear Bra's for your Paint ? ? ? ?
Hi Guys
The car is getting the stripes painted on now as I write this and the car will be ready to get from the painter on monday.
I was seeing if any of you have used the 3m clear bra's to help save the paint from rock chips and stuff. I'm in So.Cal. and drive on the freeways and I know little rocks get kicked up all the time. Plus I have the Grabber orange mustang that with a Rock chip will show black.
Do you guys think this would be a good thing to add?
What are the goods and bads of the clear bra's?

I wish I would have gotten one when I first got my black gt. I drive the SoCal freeways also and my poor Stang looks like it has been through a war zone.
Really don't know any downsides to them, but if you have custom paint and can afford it get it. Soon as I paint mine I will be adding one

ANBAUTO, you say you have it on in your pics? looks good then, and you cant even see it at all.

i have one. had one on my last car as well. they work awesome. you can barely notice its on there if you have someone do it right. my last car got hit with something it made a tear in the clear bra, it saved the paint and i brought it back because they have a 5 year warranty and they replaced it for free. a great investment in my opinion.
