Nope. They're glued to the door. You can get smaller inserts in whatever color you want from MRT at http://www.mrt-direct.com

 

thanks DarkFireGT , the thing is that my mustang has the red leather upgrade, but I had an accident on the driver side door and my door panel crack, so I got a new door, with the black normal door panel, that is why I wanted to see how to un-glud the red leather and put it on the new door panel.
