the steering wheel would be huge if you didnt already have a leather one. i cant justify buying that so i wont but i wish i had a plastic one now

I think he means that he wants the leather Shelby steering wheel, but he can't justify getting it when he already has a leather steering wheel. If he had a plastic one, he could then justify buying the Shelby one.
