Default Shifting not as smooth.

Ive been noticing that my shifting is not as smooth. If im really not paying attention i sometimes hit that ear bleeding grinding sound. Time for an oil change?

Are you pushing the clutch until it bottoms on the floor board
before shifting or just not paying as muchattention as before?
Dont think an oil change will help much except to drain
out the little pieces of metal you have been grinding off?

I shall ignore the idiotic post, I shall. Sometimes there are techincal issues with these types of things moron. For useless replys as such, please hit up the off topic forum. ANYWAY, the shifter seemed smooth once i started getting on it and race shifting but now that I dont do that as much...it seems to have tightened back up a bit. Is this possible?
