Default Switching From EVO to Brenspeed tune?

I am running a 91 Evo tune with the C & L CAI. From what I have seen in this forum most of the Evo - Brenspeed debate hasdied down andthe people's choice is Brenspeed. Questions...
1. Is it worth it for me to switch my tune over to Brenspeed?
2. How hard is it to switch to a different tuner?
3. How much does it cost?

1.)NO, NO, and NO!
2.)You would need a printer cable and to download.ll3 from SCT's website.
3.)It costs $75 just like stated on their website.

I am telling you right now, save your time and money Canned tune files are give or take and from personal experience found Evo's tune better than Brenspeed's... Either way, PLEASE put your money to something more useful...

All the major mail-order tunes are mostly hit and some miss. You may see better results, but you may get a CEL or two. But if the moneys burning a hole in your pocket go ahead and do it.

I wouldn't waste the money now myself. Don't get me wrong, as Brenspeed has some great tunes, Iwould just put the money towards getting the car dyno-tuned for the best results.

You don't need a dynotune for an intake... The results aren't going to be far from a mail order tune...

For only $75 it's worth a try if you can afford it. I didn't try Evo's so I can't compare, but I found that there is a noticeable difference between Brenspeed and Bama/VMP. If you don't try it then you'll always wonder if you're missing out

Bama and VMP both do good work as well.
VMP is easier to get ahold of in my opinion.

What gains can be had in going from a 91 tune to 93?
