Mike was great when I ordered my wheels last week, then when I got them and had a problems he wouldn't e-mail or call me back. I got my wheels really fast, one had no balance weights, the other were so far out of balance my steering wheels shooke at 50mph and above, going to have to pay to have them all rebalanced, not only that they over charged me but $135.00

I am getting my mounted and balanced locally. They couldn't touch the price I could get on Nitto NT555's! 255-45-18's for $160.00They weremore per tire plus shipping! Plus I want to put my sensors in mine so I would have to have them broken down and rebalanced anyway. So I decided to get the tires locally and do all the swapping at a friend's house he has a tire machine. All I have to pay for is balancing!

I was in contact with the sponsorship deparment months ago. he told me there was a new wheel coming out they would probably be able to get on the car. Well with all the emails, no responses and even called. Never would geta call back after that. So I said F'it and just bought a set elsewhere.

mike c. is a good guy but ill never do business with cruzinconcepts again...to many broken promises, charges your credit card when you place the order even though there out of stock..i'm sure there are people that had good experiences with them..but when some guy in the warehouse has access to your credit card info, and trust me they do,..i was told "sir your a customer and everyone here has your credit card information"...needless to say i cancelled that card
