my parents asked me to start looking for stuff for xmas and try to keep it around 500 bucks.... for my car im thinking of getting a dash kit that extends from the factory one... what color best matches factory... satin nickle? heres the kit im talking about:

Don't mess with those dash kits. Not worth it imo. Probably will make most great interiors look like fixed up trash. If you already the the iup package, just leave it at that. 3m taping everything in place, just don't. $500 can buy you a lot of good stuff.

To answer your question about color. Satin would be my choice.

A couple months ago there was another member (don't recall his screen name) that installed a wood grain interior. I myself don't care for the wood grain but his install was awesome, very first rate. You may want to look thru back posts for this.

There are lots of interior goodies you can get for $500...if thats what you want. Billet stuff: *****, buttons, switch plates, etc.are very common. Chin spoiler. Don't know your current Mods but how about a set of new mufflers, or a new shifter - $300 will get you the awesome MGW shifter and its a breeze to install.

Either cough up and additional $200 of your own money or get Mom and Dad to be really nice...then add a CAI and tuner (assuming you don't already have one).

as of now i have all the interior stuffi want other then those and ledsfor my sub set up in the trunk, i have cai n tune, chin spoiler is out of the question with a gt500 front end. have slp lms and my cars a auto

id love to get suspension since its easy to do yourself.. but i dont have a place to work on my car anymore. or a low profile jack to get the car up.. i have to drive up little ramps just to do my oil and i have almost no room then
