what kind of question is this? a car is a mechanical device anything could go wrong at anytime. likelihood is much lower at lower miles though. if those 6500 miles were burnouts, and romping on the car then the clutch and gears could be f'ed up.
I thought I read in the manual that things only go wrong at 7500 miles. May have been a typo, I'm not sure... Do watch out for squirrels though, and hedgehogs.
In all seriousness, the engine COULD send a rod through the side of the block at higher RPMs, and bounce off your strut tower, smash through the hood and windshield and instantly kill you.
