Sure -- there can be a lot wrong ... depends on the previous owner -- try running a car fax on it

Depends on who put the 6,500 miles on it and how they drove/maintained it.

In all seriousness, the engine COULD send a rod through the side of the block at higher RPMs, and bounce off your strut tower, smash through the hood and windshield and instantly kill you.
