Brake Bleeding Question
I'd like to bleed my brakes at some point and install new fluid and SS lines. I've read up on the subject and understand the basics of having one person slowly pump the brake pedal while the other opens and closes the bleeder valve...doing it for each disk. The sources I found for this did not mention ABS brakes however.
Question 1: Is there anything special we need to do for the S197 with its ABS system?
Question 2: Does anyone make a one way bleeder valve - lets fluid out but doesn't let air in - for this car?
TIA

Thanks for the response. Care to elaborate a bit. What do you need to do that is special? Who makes the one way bleeder valves?
Yes, I have read and understand about starting with the disk furthest from the master cylinder (passenger rear)and then working towards the drivers front - thanks for the reminder.

Thanks Howarmat - that post was very informative.
Still looking for any info on special handling for bleeding an ABS brake system. My guess at this point is...there is nothing special that needs to be done. I've seen plenty of posts on how to do the bleeding and none of them have mentioned anything about ABS.
