Issue Starting car cold
When I start the car every once-in-a-while it will hesitate really bad not die but sputter. If I stop the car and restart it the problem goes away. Any Suggestions?
Its not all the time only random in the colder mornings.

fuel regressing towards the fuel pump, and just takes a bit longer when colder to reach the engine, i get it too...if your paranoid about it, turn the key to on for about 3 seconds then turn off then on for 3 seconds again then off and then start, should fire right away with no sputter..

Guess you never been to Flagstaff.
I don't know if I would consider AZ as being Brutally cold

It's just cold blooded. Mine and every Ford ever made has been this way. Just a fact of life. Give it 30 seconds to come down off of fast idle and things should improve.
