Default Roush louvers

i've seen people on here say they can be bought for less than $300 shipped, already painted to match, so where do you get them for a deal like that?, directly from roush is almost $400(not to mention they charge a ton for paint). i just got off the phone with texas hot rods and that guy told me $380something(but they are only $160 unpainted, wth) plus he didnt even know if he could do them in Vapor

Try Premier Paint and Body on ebay..

Eric is the guy I always talk to if I have any questions.

The louvers go for about 320 painted and shipped.

Negative. Avoid Premier Paint Body.
Eric is a looser. [:'(]
I ordered a Roush HoodScoop and
after three tries and paying S/H
three times I finally got a refund.
The underside was not even painted.
Nor were the edges like it was placed
on a piece of cardboard and sprayed.
Claims he would fix the non-painted
underside and massive dirt spots under
the clearcoat. Also the bubble wrap
they sent it in transfered some weird
bubble pattern into the fresh uncured
clearcoat. One coat of paint and one
coat of clearcoat is all they put on it.
Also massive buffer swirls and defects
in the metallic base coat.
Poor Poor Poor paint quality as well.
Louvers are tougher to paint than a
hoodscoop and I can just imagine
what they would look like after
premierpaintbody get done with them.
Just some of their NEGATIVE feedback:
i know i was purchacing an aftermarket bumper cover but the prep and paint sux!
Took 3 wks for delivery!Terrible communication.No response to 8 emails.Bad Busin
Terrible paint job - hairs/runs/globs - no communication back after emails
Item had damage paint section that occurred during painting. No touch-up paint.
Decent product some dust specs in paint not perfect slow shipping almost a month
not like I was expecting, orange peel, poor clearcoat
package was sent to wrong address had to be rerouted, painted bumper peeled!!!
ITEM POORLY PAINTED SENT BACK TWICE NEVER FIXED PAINT PROBLEMS AVOID IF PAINTED!
3 weeks later and still on the process of buffing. won't order from them again
PICTURE OF JUST BEFORE RETURNING IT FOR THE
THIRD TIME, THIS TIME FOR A REFUND!

I finally went with Texas Hot Rods
and got a scoop from Roush direct
painted by Roush and it was perfect.
For the louvers, I got mine from a
private seller on eBay painted by
Roush for $225.

buying from roush directly ensures you get what you pay for. they are awesome people and will fix their products. go with ebay, and it may cost you more in the long run!

Sorry it didn't work for you.. I had no problems with them and I'm just passing it on..

just out of curiousity.. what would you need the underside of a hoodscoop painted for???
Once its bolted to the car, nobody is gonna say "hey.. your hoodscoop is painted on the underside.." [&:]

But anyways, yes, I private seller is most likely the cheapest, but the hardest to find..

The underside in front of the insert can be seen and around the edges
you could see an unpainted line between the hood and the scoop.
Very undesirable. The Roush painted one I finally got was fully
painted. I got what I paid for in this case. A little more and its
done right and matches exactly, hard to do with metallic paints.
On eBay, discounts come to those that search daily and have
the time to find Roush painted Roush parts. The same seller also
had a Roush painted hoodscoop that went for $150 but I already
had one. [:@]
