Unlocking a tuner???

Default Unlocking a tuner???

What all do you have to do to unlock a tuner if i were to buy one?? Like a xcal2 for example?

The person you buy it from has to do it. They just have to set their vehicle back to stock using the tuner and it should be unlocked.

Programers are useless to anyone else once programmed to someones car. If you bought it used then you need to get the guy you bought it from to unload the programmer. When you program a car the programmer uploads the cars stock program and then locks that vin # into the programmer, ie vin lock

but theres a limit to the number of times you can do that

Its like 5 times and you can use the liveload software to set it back to an unlocked status
