Without reading back through, have you already consulted the dealership? If so, what was the outcome?
edit: after re-read. If under warranty try talking with your dealership first, just to see what they can offer.
no i havent went to dealership yet i hate going to the dealership cause they really dont know crap.but i hate to have to modify the car just so it can run like its suppose to ya know.
i complained to the dealer before
my car would ping with 87/ 89 octane on the stock tune
the dealership referred me to the manual stating that it was normal to hear some "pinging" during hard acceleration and that its normal
i basically the stock tune is very conservative
i got a tune from B chips and the pinging has been gone ever since

If you have showed the Dealership three times of this reoccuring problem without them being able to repair it aren't you covered by the lemon law?

Every state is different. It is a number of times in a certain period of time.
I have this similar noise.. and have had it for over a year. I have a 93 octane tune and all I run in it is 93 octane. Doesn't matter where I get gas, it's still the sound. Thought it was the tranny plate but the dealership is retarded down here and says I have all the bolts required and that it was only a problem on 05 mustangs.. So maybe it's the clutch rattling? It only happens at 2500-2550 RPMS, in any gear. Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. It seems very loud inside the cabin, so I can only imagine how loud it is/embarassing outside of the cabin.
I've had different exhausts on the car, and its done it with all of them. Including no-cats, and various axle backs.
